Do you charge for Spectators and why?

Yes, in Western Canada we charge for Spectators to watch our races. This is an entrance fee into an event.  We are renting a racel location and we are responsible for everyone in attendance at our events. Everyone that is at our events must sign a waiver. Online and on race day spectator fees are $10 per person, it is cheaper for a family of  four spectator pass.
