I'm injured and I can't race. What are my options?

We are sorry to hear that you can’t participate in a specific race but hope to see you in future races. We can transfer you to the following season for a medical reason or to another racer. Please contact customer service prior to race week to organize a transfer to the following season. There is a fee you will have to pay it is $25 plus a service fee. After race day you are considered a no show. We can only transfer a racer if they are injured from one season to the next; we are unable to transfer a racer for 2 seasons.

You can also transfer your race to another racer.  This is a $25 fee and they can take your spot in the race in your specific heat.
