What can I bring into the race with me?

As a general rule, outside food and drink, coolers and tents are not allowed. You are welcome to bring a folding chair, backpack, etc. if you would like. Most locations dogs are not allowed and if you are able to bring your dog to the event the dog must be on leash and under control at all times. Whether a dog can be at an event is venue specific and their rules not our rules.
